Spine and Orthopedic Solutions was founded by Dr. James Fish and Jeff Day with the goal of providing comprehensive spine and orthopedic care to patients of Middle Tennessee in a setting that is focused on the patient’s overall well-being and their personal needs.

We strive to educate patients and their families on all surgical and non-surgical options available through SOS.

Dr. Fish and his team perform over 400 cases per year and are comfortable with all aspects of spine care. His spine team have been working together almost exclusively for the past 9 years. Having worked closely with Stonecrest Medical Center to develop the Spine Surgery Institute, the process of going through spine surgery has been streamlined immensely and the outcomes for patients have improved and will continue to improve going forward.
